Session Infomation

The manipulation of optical signals in intensity, frequency and phase is indispensable for optical interconnection, sensing and quantum technologies. To achieve on-chip dynamic tunability, electro-optic effect, thermo-optic effect, all-optical effect, etc., are utilized to enable high-speed modulation, wavelength-selective switching, mode reconstruction, and wavefront manipulation. The session is focused on the latest advances in photonic integrated chips based on different tunable photonic material platforms for emerging applications.
