Biography

Prof. Dr. Tao Ding is currently a professor at the Department of Physics, Wuhan University. He got his PhD with major in physical chemistry from Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Science in 2011. After then, he experienced 2 years postdoc in Nanyang Technology University and 4 years in Cambridge University as research associate. He was a Leverhulme Early Career Fellow in Cavendish Laboratory before joining Wuhan University in 2017. He has fostered wide research interests in the fields of colloidal and chiral plasmonics, light-matter interactions, and laser fabrication. He has been a prime author of 80+ peer-reviewed papers with H-index of 24.
