Haiyun Xue received the Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Semiconductors Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2011. She is currently an Professor with the Institute of Microelectronics Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China. Her current research interests include high-speed and high-density optical engine for the CPO solution, optoelectronic integrated packaging technology, and their enabling fabrication and integration technologies.
