PIERS2021 in Hangzhou Registration

All presenting authors must pay non-refundable pre-registration fee and is limited to present no more than three papers in oral and poster sessions. Only pre-registered and paid submissions before 20 August, 2021 will be scheduled in the symposium program. Inclusion of the submissions in the final Technical Program (abstracts only), and PIERS Proceedings (full-length papers only) is guaranteed only after the pre-registration of the presenting author is completed. Your pre-registration will be valid only provided the payment is received timely.

The pre-registration deadline is 20 August, 2021. On-site registration opportunity is for non-presenting authors only. Registration fee for your articles is non-refundable.

For this hybrid PIERS, different presentation time has been allocated for onsite talk (15 mins) and online talk (10 mins). The registration fees are different for onsite and online participants. Authors are strongly advised to pay attentation to this change before abstract submission and registration.

For onsite participants, Registration Fee include admission to all technical sessions, coffee break areas, and printed program. It does not include any other meals or lodging costs. For online web participants, Registration Fee include access to all online technical sessions, online program.

No-Show Policy: To avoid NO SHOW onsite, we highly appreciate that you can inform us in advance if you are not able to give onsite/online presentation due to any unpredictable problem before the program is finalized. Author is encouraged to find a colleague who can onsite or online present the paper for you if you cannot make it to the conference. Please pay attention that if one paper is no-show in oral or poster session, its full-length paper will not be included in the final PIERS proceedings. Kindly be aware that there is NO mail service of conference materials for no-show PIERS participants. The final PIERS Proceedings will be submitted for archival in IEEE Xplore.

Payment Method

PIERS 2021 Hangzhou registration fee can be paid in USD or RMB. New PIERS author center with updated online registration process is planned to be available in May 2021. Registration fee can be paid via wire transfer or online payment method [ Alipay (RMB) / Paypal (USD) ].
