EM Software & Systems (EMSS) was founded in 1994, by Frans Meyer and Gronum Smith as a company consulting in electromagnetics. Through consulting services EMSS identified the local and international need for the simulation of antennas on electrically large platforms. A hybrid solution between the accurate Method of Moments (MoM) and asymptotic high frequency techniques PO and UTD promised to be an elegant and practical solution. Wavenology EM is a general-purpose three-dimensional (3-D) electromagnetic wave simulation software package for high-speed electronic circuits, RF/microwave and optical devices.
