Session's Information:

This special session covers the topic of Quantum and Optical Communication from and in Space. Our aim is to bring together frontier researchers in the field of quantum information interested in quantum protocols at distance as well as in the field of classical communication exploiting laser links between satellites and from Earth to Space. Quantum and Classical Communication in free-space share common methodological approaches and challenges. Fruitful interactions between the participants are expected.
