SC1: Real Life Scene Modeling and Big Data Applications for Radar and Microwave Technology
Organized by Dr. Paola Russo (Universita Politecnica delle Marche) and Prof. Ozlem Kilic (The Catholic University of America)
 
Session's Information:
Electromagnetic modelling is the basis for the design of many modern systems ranging from IoT to telecommunications, radars, etc. Increasingly powerful modern computers allow the modelling of large scenarios, but at the same time require the management of a huge amount of data. The accuracy of the modeling, and the speed with which you can get results are essential elements. The session is dedicated to the electromagnetic modelling of real, large scenarios, and in particular to numerical, semi-analytical and hybrid techniques as well as big data perspectives for handling such problem sizes to allow an accurate and fast modelling of the problem.
