3_FocusSession.SC3: Photonic Nanostructures for Enhancing Light-matter Interaction 1

Session's Information:
Photonic nanostructures are useful for enhancing light-matter interaction. Many new opportunities are opening with strong light-matter interaction at nanoscale. This session will aim to exchange the recent breakthrough and future perspective related to this emerging field. Topics of interest include but not limit to: design and fabrication of photonic nanostructure, metallic nanostructure, dielectric nanostructure, hybrid nanostructure, 2D material, metamaterial, photonic crystal, photonic quasi crystal, micro/nano cavity, resonant waveguide grating structure, nanoantenna, nanolaser, surface enhanced Raman scattering, photonic nanostructure enhanced light emission and nonlinear effects, light localization effect, nanostructures for light management, energy harvesting, single photon source, bio/chemicals -sensing and bio-imaging, single molecule spectroscopy, etc.
