SC1: Researches of Electromagnetic Field Problem in KOSEN
Organized by Dr. Toshihiko Shibazaki (Tokyo Metropolitan College of Industrial Technology) and Dr. Toshihisa Kamei (National Defense Academy)
 
Session's Information:
KOSEN (Colleges of Technology) is a Japanese school performing five-year engineering education from 15 years old. This session will cover the researches of the electromagnetic field problem in KOSEN. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following areas:
- electromagnetic theory; - high-frequency techniques;
- computational electromagnetics; - gratings and periodic structures;
- time-domain methods; - transmission lines and waveguide discontinuities;
- microwave and millimeter wave circuits; - antennas and radiation;
- scattering, diffraction, and inverse scattering; - microstrip and printed antennas;
- RF and wireless communication;
- microwave remote sensing and polarimetry, SAR;
- microwave photonics, THz technology;
