  1. All above tours are only arranged for the group over 10 persons.
  2. The prices for Pre/Post- conference tours are inclusive of hotel accommodation, daily meals, domestic flight, airport pick-up, sightseeing with an English-speaking tour guide in each city.

  1. Your tour reservation can be made via E-mail, Fax or the website of the Conference. It is highly recommended that your tour reservation be made 45 days prior to your traveling date. (Yangtze River cruise tour is required to be reserved at least 70 days in advance)
  2. The reservation will be processed upon the receipt of a non-refundable deposit of USD$100.00 p/p. (only applicable for Pre/Post-conference tour and Tailoring tour). The full payment is required 30 days prior to your arrival date.
  3. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation letter from OTC Travel that will include the tour code, flights, hotels, day by day tour programs, as well as the hotel Tel & Fax numbers.
  
Payment
The full-payment is required 30 days prior to your arrival. We accept wire transfer, bank's check and traveler's check. However, credit cards and personal checks are not acceptable. Our bank account details is as follows:

Cancellation
It's reasonable that you cancel the travel plan due to the unpredictable factors. The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
15 – 7 days prior to arrival $10% of the full-payment
6 – 3 days prior to arrival $20% of the full-payment
2 – 0 days prior to arrival 60% of the full-payment
No-show traveler will be charged 100% of the full- payment
