Registration

All presenting authors must pay non-refundable pre-registration fee of US $357 before 15 June 2003. After 15 June 2003, the non-refundable pre-registration fee will be US $397. The registration fee for all other participants, including session chairpersons and all invitees, is the same as for the presenting authors. For students with valid identification, the registration fee is US$195, and is non-refundable.
