• Photonic and quantum simulation: Laser direct writing, topological photonics in SPP waveguides, microwave spoof SPP waveguides, and ultrafast electron synthetic dimensions. Time crystals: topological Floquet time crystals, nonlinear photonic time crystals, k-gap soliton, subharmonic phase transition, and modulational instability.
• Quantum transport in condensed matters: the chiral transport of Weyl semimetals, the transport phenomena of two-dimensional materials, topological insulators, and semimetals.

潘义明，上海科技大学 物质学院 助理教授PI，研究员，海外人才和上海市领军人才。研究方向超快电子束调控和量子光学的相互作用，量子模拟和拓扑光学，非线性光学等。成果有PRL, Nature Physics, Nature Communication, Reports on Progress in Physics，Advance Materials, Light Science and Application等30多篇工作。担任Nature Physics, Nature Communications, PRL等杂志审稿。目前正在发展基于拓扑微纳光子学的超快电子显微镜，电介质激光加速器,和量子自由电子激光器等量子联合平台。
